Sports Therapy

Whether you’re managing a long-term niggle or suddenly dealing with an acute injury, sports therapy is about more than just “fixing a problem” — it’s about understanding why it’s happening, treating it effectively, and helping you return to your training or sport with confidence.
Sessions begin with a thorough assessment of your movement, training history, and symptoms. From there, I use a combination of hands-on treatment and targeted rehab to support your recovery. This might include soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisations, acupuncture, shockwave therapy, dry cupping, or IASTM — depending on what’s most appropriate for you.
Working from a fully equipped gym means I can go beyond the treatment table. I’ll assess movement under load and make sure your rehab is functional, progressive, and tailored to the way you train — whether you’re a CrossFitter, lifter, runner, climber, or BJJ athlete.
Whichever treatment approach we decide to take, the session rate stays the same. You’ll never be upsold or pushed toward a particular method — we simply use what works best for you on the day.
Personal Training

This isn’t a generic workout plan. Personal training with me is designed for people who want to train with purpose — whether that’s rebuilding strength after injury, improving performance in your sport, or simply moving with more control and confidence.
Sessions are tailored to your experience, goals, and body. We’ll work on strength, movement quality, conditioning, and mobility as needed — all with a focus on long-term progress, not quick fixes. Because of my rehab background, I specialise in working with people who may be returning from injury or carrying long-term movement issues.
You don’t need to be an athlete or have perfect technique to start. You just need the desire to move well, train smart, and feel good doing it. Whether you’re looking to get stronger, improve a specific skill, or build a consistent training routine, I’ll coach you through it — clearly and without judgment.

Online Rehab
Can’t see me in person? Online rehab gives you the same structured, personalised support — just remotely. It’s ideal if you’re not local, have a busy schedule, or prefer to work independently with expert guidance. Whether you're managing pain, recovering from injury, or training around a movement issue, this is a flexible and effective way to keep progressing.
This isn’t a generic app or pre-set protocol. It’s guided, structured rehab with the flexibility of doing it on your own time — with a real therapist in your corner every step of the way.
