Hello
I’m Hannah, a Sports Therapist and Personal Trainer based at WhiteHart CrossFit in Pulborough. I work with active people — from CrossFitters and weightlifters to runners, climbers, and BJJ athletes — helping them recover from injury, improve movement, and return to training stronger and more confident. My approach combines hands-on treatment with rehab that’s built around real sport, not just rest.
My Story
With over a decade of training experience and more than six years working as a personal trainer in Storrington & Pulborough, I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. I went to university as a mature student to complete a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy, and for the past three years, I've been the in-house therapist at Whitehart CrossFit as well as working in a busy local clinic, supporting individuals across West Sussex with hands-on treatment and personalised injury rehabilitation.
I now practice exclusively from WhiteHart CrossFit in Pulborough, were I have been a coach since 2021, offering sports therapy, injury rehab, and movement-focused treatment for a wide range of active clients - from CrossFitters and Olympic weightlifters to runners, footballers, BJJ athletes, climbers, and hikers. I also regularly work with people in physically demanding jobs like firefighters, mechanics and tradespeople, as well as office workers struggling with the effects of a more sedentary lifestyle. Whether you’re managing a long-term issue, recovering from an acute injury or just need to start moving more, my goal is to guide you through the full rehab journey - from initial assessment right through to returning confidently to your sport, work, or daily routine.
Working from a fully equipped gym environment means I can go far beyond what’s possible in a standard clinic - performing detailed movement assessments, coaching technique under load, and delivering rehab that’s functional, sport-specific, and directly transferable to how you train. It’s a setting that allows for truly progressive, performance-based rehab.
One of the things I love most about my work is blending coaching principles with therapy - combining clinical insight with training strategies that actually fit into the way you move and live. It’s practical, effective, and built for real people, not textbook cases.
Remote rehab coaching is a newer but exciting part of my practice, giving clients who aren’t local access to the same structured, supportive approach - fully online. With personalised programming, regular check-ins, and clear progressions, it’s made high-quality injury rehab more accessible than ever.
Alongside my core qualifications, I also hold certifications in mobility coaching, women’s health, and Level 1 British Weightlifting (BWL). Clinically, I’m trained in acupuncture, shockwave therapy, ultrasound, dry cupping, and IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue work). But more than any technique or tool, I believe in treating the person as much as the injury.
As a parent, CrossFitter, and coach myself, I understand the challenge of staying active while managing pain or setbacks. Whether you’re training around an issue, returning from injury, or simply want to move better and feel stronger, I’m here to help you do it with confidence.
